It was six months ago I started my life style change and incorporating your workouts video the months ago when I weigh myself I was down 42lbs. I will weigh in again at the end of Sept. You videos help get me there the exercises are knee friendly and doable..

Thank you for this info! I had triplets a couple years ago and I just got back into my workout routine 3 months ago (love your workouts/videos). Sleep and food has been a struggle but I keep reminding myself that "abs are made in the kitchen" and working out is just the plus.

Great and useful information! Love your energy Mr. Muscle. I also suffer from some excess belly fat, but my biggest problem is inner-thigh fat. I recently started increasing my protein, my fiber, and have cut down on my sugar intake, including fruits. And of course, I am doing your workouts. I'm not gaining weight, but I need to work a little harder to keep loosing those extra pounds.

Great tips but for those of us who have ulcerative colitis, fiber is something we are supposed to reduce. Apples are always good though and applesauce is an easy snack.
