Petra I have never exercised before on any level until one day I ran across your videos. Something was just different about them. Now I find myself every morning exercising to your videos and actually enjoying exercising and staying motivated! I can see a difference in three weeks and plan on continuing. I finally started your workouts! I LOVE it! I really like the way you turn to different angles so I can see how to do the moves correctly. The picture in a picture was really helpful so I can see what was coming up next. The pacing was perfect and the way you mixed it up kept me from having to stop (except to drink water twice)! You have made me feel energized! Thank You!!

Just found you. I really enjoy your workout. I'm just a little confused. Am I supposed to do this same workout every day for 3 weeks? Or do you have a daily program that I can follow with a different video every day?
