I just turned 65. So out of shape it was beginning to bring me down, I have heart issues because of it. prayed for the Lord to help me and He showed me this simple, not easy at first, video. Thank You Lord for this gift. Now with His strength I can/will continue at a minimum 3 days a week. I will run this race set before me.

Bonjour from France Petra, went to my Daughter in England and she make me watch your menopause programme and said you need to do weight exercices, so I bought my 2 times 1kg weight and started last Monday, I love it and can add this exercises to my others ones. Your channel is a miracle. Tomorrow I begin week 6 of doing this workout and the other one that has 10 minutes of weights plus the shoulder press I saw on your short video. I just tried on a beautiful dress from Club Monaco in Boston. It did not fit at all and now 6 weeks later I am able to wear it out to dinner and I’m not done yet. You are a wonderful blessing and I cannot thank you enough.

Hi Petra, I'm 69, turn 70 later this year. Just found your video few days ago and been doing it. Thank you so very much and I'm a new subscriber. I want to do this three week challenge and then add some of the other videos to my routine. I purchased a walking portable treadmill, it was ok, however your workouts are much better and am returning it. (the belt would slip and adjust adjust and adjust- not for me). I hope to increase this video to twice a day for a couple days and do this video for 6 days if I can. Thank you for being such an inspiration to get me back on track. I don't have much to lose 12 pounds. Our anniversary is this June and I want to be able to fit in this cute dress without the extra belly. :)
