I lost my breath and my leg starting to hurt at 3:58 so im gonna start doing this more since i really need exercising and doing this made me realize that i need to work hard for rest and feeling accomplish other then being on my phone

My cardio is obviously shot to hell. As I type this message, I'm breathing at the rate of a pregnant elephant after running for her life, and dripping with sweat from orifices I didn't even know had sweat pores.
I 100% recommend and will definitely be coming back for more. I might very well be a masochist.
