I’ve been listening for this for the past 4 days and it’s changed everyday for me. I no longer get aggravated as fast as I use to. I think before I go this and I just feel positive

it was very positive but I felt like I couldn't meditate and focus on my breath with so much talking about positivity. perhaps a little more concrete guidance for future videos?

Still alive. Did the short meditation post exercise exercise attempt. Once again asking the universe that all these years of consistent effort had better work in my favour. Even though I'm a tragic, diseased, ugly, isolated, unemployed, failed, unbearable outcast to this day, i will never give up because my life matters. Thanks in advance for all the the healing, fruition, kindness, beauty, respect, productivity, financial abundance, confidence, grace, joy, contentment etc.

I woke up grumpy today but I wanted to change that. As I closed my eyes while listening to the video I could feel positivity flowing into my body with every breath I took. Thank you for posting this video!

The part where it is stated that negative thoughts and actions take a lot of energy as oppose to positive (that bring us energy). I like it. It will be my mantra for now.
