How to Fix a Low Shoulder Issue (and Why It Matters)

Have you noticed, when you look in the mirror, that one shoulder is down and forward?

You may be dealing with fascial adhesion (AKA scar tissue) in your pec minor muscle. This type of restriction will cause the pec minor to tighten. Since the pec minor is attached to the upper front part of the scapula (shoulder blade), this will pull the shoulder forward and down.

On today's video, I demonstrate a myofascial release technique called a pin and stretch technique. Using a spikey massage ball, I "pin" the pec minor down and then stretch it by shrugging my shoulder up and rolling it back. Perform 10-12 times per session. Do 2 sessions per day.

Give this myofascial release technique a try! After you do, leave me a comment in the comment section down below. I'd love to hear from you!

Remember, stay young and train hard!
