Yes. I make sure I take a half hour everyday to just lay there and do nothing. Looking at my ceiling.

I love his videos. He can get the point across, clearly, quickly. Very efficient

Do that everyday. Used to have problems with depression and anxiety. Since then I no longer need to take medication. Meditation really does have a positive effect on your mood and ability to focus as well as having a positive mindset

I respect you Sir, and am learning a lot from you, as a Muslim I pray 5 times a day, I blank my mind when I do that, the amount of motivation that I got ! I can't even describe it.

As soon as I get to my jobsite I sit in a chair just looking at the trees and I try to clear my head and it seems to help me get more done after because I just start going and things get done and I move to the next tast without even thinking about it

Beautiful. Every night before sleep, I sit cross legged on the floor and stare into space for an unstructured amount of time. I love it.

Post standing. Standing meditation in certain poses. Really sharpens intuition.

That's why the gym is therapy for me

It works. Every morning I spend the first 10 min staring at the wall doing absolutely nothing. Thoughts creep in but I nudge them away.

Sometimes I try to smoke a joint literally staring at a wall no phone no music no lights sometime or I try to light a candle in the dark. Always have a good time after I’m done even if I’m bothered when I hegin

Playing a song on guitar that I’ve played many many times I’m not thinking I’m just playing and enjoying the music and I’m in that wordless state he is mentioning. It feels great I don’t know if that is 100% what he’s talking about because I’m doing something but it’s still meditative
