I help my wife get two kids ready for school then take one to drop off and leave for work at 0645.. So this routine is not probable for me.

Although I have taken a few things from Hibernian and implemented them where I can like waking up early to drink some electrolyte water then do a tiny workout and make my lunch before the kids wake up(half the time they wake up while exercising), then pushing caffeine intake past 8am. I feel a subtle improvement on motivation/energy which is nice but I wish it could be more. Also I have finally gotten rid of the post lunch wall around 2-3pm which is a big victory.

Please keep the insightful content coming Huberman, I do appreciate learning new things and changing my opinions after trial and error. Thank you for your content.

I'm not blowing smoke but both of these guys, from what I know are really cool. I have put a couple of things from huberman into practice and they are very rewarding. And the other dude with being a child assualt victim survivor is inspiring. I don't know much about them but do know that listening to people who have been through the meat grinder and, after that, offer help to others is a good source of knowledge.😊

Everytime I fed up in morning I will keep alarm at 5:30am but I woke up at 8:00 am and after waking up I will feel regret whole day make me regret this not only happened one day it daily repeat. I should habituate wakig early in the morning

Factor in other mental health issues depression anxiety adhd bipolar etc a lot of times those are underlying issues

Do you have any solution of becoming a nasal breather because my nose is every time blocked, which is a bad thing, i am trying to fix my nose but while sleeping I auto matically breathe from mouth, please make a video on this, on how to fix this

I have insomnia I sleep 3 to 4 hours and tired during the the day I don't take naps because I won't sleep at night I also have sleep apnea😞
