He said “a precursor to steroid sex hormones” please understand, it is THE precursor. There is NO other precursor to testosterone other than cholesterol.

The war on cholesterol is a war on our health. Eat your eggs! Eggs have 70% of daily recommended cholesterol, and you only use about 15-30% of your consumed cholesterol for hormones, so please eat lots of eggs and other high cholesterol foods. Keep the saturated fats down, stay very active, lots of water, and you’ll have no cholesterol health issues

I do feel like Tongkat Ali has had a positive impact in regards to my strength and physical appearance, I can’t take supplements such as creatine, glutamine etc. I did have insomnia at first with Tongkat so I lowered my dose to around 100 - 200 mg at first and then over time I stayed at 400 mg which has been plenty, the first day I took it I felt superhuman, don’t have that feeling as much anymore but I still like it.

I thought I had low testesterone levels because I was deppresssed, and didnt feel like I had high testosterone but after two years I took a testosterone test and I have high testestorone levels 30.31 and the scale was from 12 to 26, so I had higher testosterone than most. If you are worried you have low testosterone ask the doctor. I never took a test for my free testosteron but I have no low sex drive so why should I take a test of my free testosterone?

I tried fadogia agrestis for a while. I never really noticed any benefit, unless you consider having nearly uncontrollable bowel movements beneficial. I tried the recommended dose then cut back, but I eventually just stopped taking it.

I will definitely try the last advice. I always feel so sleepy after a lunch that I recently even tried to keep skipping it, felt lighter but hungry and cold as it is winter currently.

I listen to this a few months back on Dr. Hubermans podcast and decided to buy both supplements and after 3 months I’m starting to grow a beard lol which is great because I been trying to grow it out for a while. That’s just from my experience tho I haven’t taken a testosterone test but I do feel more energetic.
