Yes! Thank you for this remarkable lecture! Without concentration we can do nothing, and this 10-second rest we can refresh mind and spirit. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🎹🎶

Repetition is important, but more important is being able to connect the tasks and steps your taking to your core believes and values, to make it personal. Mindfulness helps a lot too, to calm the mind and slow down the worrying thoughts. The workbook called 30 Days to Reduce Anxiety by Harper Daniels was helpful.

This is nothing short of incredible. I had the pleasure of reading something similar, and it was a work of art. "Unlocking the Brain's Full Potential" by Alexander Sterling

That's really cool, as a musician i wonder how rythem and tempo come into this. The rest period between sets of exercises are important too apperantley for the body to understand as well it's related to something called Gabba in the brain thats triggered by glutamate it helps sleep with one vitamin b at night but helps small rest periods easier with a different vitamin b in the day 🤷

I haven't really watched a lot of these vid all the way through because I wanted to get conformation about weather or not one technique works and the other one doesn't.

1. Does reading with your finger not help?
2. Is it really better to NOT read every word?
3. Will taking notes on books help? ETC

I just wanna know what the best methods are for reading fast and retaining information. Thanks.

So doesn't applying the Pomodoro technique mean one is having these benefits? I don't think I'm the only one who has noticed that the Pomodoro not only helps with focus while studying, but also with the cognitive boost it provides.
