The Ultimate ABS Challenge for a Flat Tummy - 5 Minutes Plank

This is the Ultimate Plank challenge for a Flat Tummy and Strong Core.
Challenge yourself to a 5-minute plank without stopping. It's not an easy challenge, but if you were to do it 2 -- 3 times per week, you'll definitely see results!

I've included 10 different variations of planks, each lasting 30 seconds.
1) Regular Plank
2) Spiderman Plank
3) Rocking Plank
4) Side Plank (Right)
5) Side Plank (Left)
6) Plank Up-Down
7) Alternate Plank
8) Plank Jacks
9) Cross Plank
10) Reverse Plank

Try to last as long as you can, keep trying until you can hold it throughout the entire 5 minutes. This is actually my 1st time doing it myself, and I am glad I managed to finish it (although I was half dead at the end).

Wow! This is harrrrd! My tummy started shaking as soon as I got in plank position and midway through the third plank I caved lol. Even if I have to pause this video and take breaks I'm determined to get through it. What a challenge!!!

 I managed to complete the challenge at my 4-th attempt even though I was doing classical situps before. This is just different type of abs workout and more efficient I believe.
 I am doing this workout regularily(2-3 times a week) maybe for three months and each time it's easier and easier for me to withstand all the way through, to the end.
This is an exellent combination of planks. I am a male, and I know those are women's exercises on Your channel, but I believe this particular challenge is enough for men too, at least for those who want to maintain the shape.

with the down and up plank .. i lost my balance while iam doing it .. and i think i hurt my right arm. and while iam trying ti do it again my arm keep hurts me ..

Just finished this workout, took a short rest, and did a min and half of rocking planks, and I'm certainly feeling it! New goal: Do this workout twice in a row (maybe with short break in between).
