Try this 20 minute beginner vinyasa flow sequence to build strength and increase overall flexibility!

Hey yogis, this week I'm bringing you a simple but fun 20 minute beginner vinyasa flow yoga class for strength and flexibility. This is great for yogis just getting into their practice who want something slower paced that still hits all the marks.

We'll move in and out of poses slowly to build balance and foundational strength. You can expect a really good stretch in your hips and hamstrings as well. No props required!

I have to say, that I am most grateful I´ve found Kassandra on YT when I wanted start to practice. She is my only YT teacher, I love her sessions, voice and behaviour. She acts so modest and calm. Her flows are excelent!. And maily she does the lessons for us not to exhibit as other YT teachers, therefore she is motivation itself.

I've started practicing yoga with your videos. It's been 3 weeks and I can feel that I'm improving a lot. I didn't want to challenge myself much today so I took this class and it felt easier! 3 weeks ago I was not able to do anything. Love the sessions Kassandra. They've been so valuable over this lockdown period. Thank you for the excellent range of various length of classes to enable anything from an hour's Yin class to a quick 10 minutes when I only have that time available. The classes set up the day well, provide a wonderful stretch and always slow down the breath and mind. Thank you.

I just completed your 30 day 10 minute yoga class. And now came upon this one! It’s perfect- I used to think I couldn’t be motivated enough to practice at home, that I needed a love teacher.
