I realized I have weak ankles, so I have been looking into balancing exercises to strengthen my ankles. This worked really well. Not too intense, and with options to make it a bit easier if I found myself too wobbly. I will definitely be incorporating this flow into my ankle exercise routine!

Loved this workout. You even said 'boom' after one movement and it was moment perfect for me as I'd managed to hold the pose ! Total ray of sunshine in my morning.

Sometimes I struggle with yoga instruction videos because it feels like I’m not doing much. But I felt this one lol. This was great and I learned my balance isn’t as good as I thought it was.

I am in awe. I can barely stand on one foot. I am a 250# 75-year old man who is doing yoga to extend my bodyies capabilities as long as possible. I am trying to develop better balance. It is wonderful to see what is possible.

I love this quick practice. I love to practice stability and strength yoga when life doesn't feel very stable. Reminds me of my strength and inner stability to get through hard times.
