I'm having so much trouble with some of the poses do you do a flaxablet class because I am not very flaxable I'm a big girl and my tummy gets in the way please help

Nine days in, and I haven't missed a day yet. I'm liking the difficulty curve; it's still very appropriate for a beginner series, but it does also seem to be gradually getting slightly more intense. I've done weekly hour-long yoga classes before, but this is a perfect way to get back into it and make it part of my regular schedule. I definitely plan on going right into your 90-day series after this, it's already helping me sleep better and even seems to be curbing my depression. Thank you for making these available Leslie, this suits my lifestyle and schedule much better than being in a large class, and of course this also makes it much easier to make it a daily routine.

p.s. I love how you're replying to all of the comments below, it really makes it clear that you're doing this because you genuinely believe in making yoga more accessible and inclusive for more people.

A true beginners series! I’m not a novice but am a musician with injuries. Ive been too scared to go to yoga classes as its hard to do the exercises at the basic level when everyone looks pro! I’m feeling stronger already. I could barely hold myself up on downward dog but it felt good today. Many thanks from Australia.

I'm a true beginner when it comes to Yoga, so as this video started I was not prepared as it mentioned using a strap. I honestly find Yoga intimidating as it is, so I paused the video, and I debated on continuing... I was frustrated, mainly with myself as I was making a decision to stop, instead of just getting the belt from my closet and continuing on. I just sat there for a moment, wondering what I was so afraid of, what was holding me back...I got the belt, put the intimidation aside, restarted the video and continued on. I'm not fond of the extra things (straps and blocks) yet... but I did it. Thank you for your videos.

today is a bit challenging to me but I felt so great doing it.
Like I have to use every muscle of mine to help I stay balance during some poses, but it felt amazing

9 days in! it's so good to have someone telling me WHAT to do with my body, what I should avoid, what i should look for. I've done yoga off and on for several years, but this is the first time I know for sure that i'll learn something new about how to control my body in yoga. Thank you Lesley!

Thank you for doing these! It's nice to have exercise that I can do inside, especially since it's getting cold out. This is also helping my back and hip pain. Hope you and your husband are staying safe and healthy!

I had to make a two-day pause because my toddler was sick and wouldn't let me sleep much, so I didn't have the energy to wake up earlier to practice yoga. But now I'm back and feeling awesome! Thank you for this class!
