I REALLY ENJOY the use of instrumental music in some of your workouts/videos! It makes me focus more on form, breathing and is quite calming. It makes the workout/video less of something to just rush and power through

Would love a video like this for arm day! I'm currently trying to do more push-ups but struggling to find a good warm up routine. I can do about 12 for reps, but when I first start i can do like 3

I am a calisthenics/streetworkout dude. These are surprisingly helpful for getting good proprioception for my lowerbody while im in handstand position.
