Been static stretching before every workout and I didn’t even know it was bad for you. I haven’t been injured at all but I’m definitely gonna start doing dynamic before and static after

I like how simple, fast and straight forward this is. Some dynamic stretch routines are so convoluted and complicated that you end up not wanting to do anything before your workout.

15 years of dynamic stretching and this is the best routine I’ve seen. My choices vary from yours, but i think you’re hitting everything needed, there’s good coordination involved and the intensity + volume seems perfect

I did these because I’ve been looking for something to loosen me before and after workouts with out pain. It helps to do on breaks while working in the office too. Much appreciated, Mark

i do this after swimming to get the lactic acid out of my legs, really helps a lot.
