Coming from someone who has just built his first pulsejet (me) bending it in a roller was hard enough, but to bend it by hand is on another level

What this video teaches us is: if you have a long enough lever, you can bend anything.

I like this video alot, because you've kept lots of footage where you struggle, it makes it more real.

You're like a punk-rock mad scientist. I subscribed in about five seconds.

When you were bending the sheet of stainless steel I kept on thinking it might spring backs up and smack you on the chin.

Colin: "ok so in this video we are going to be using a pulsejet, click here to see how to build it."

the regulater will be sort of covered in next video and again in the final one (i say covered but you'll see the set up) as for the maths bit the original plans were of a 55lb jet and i upscaled its size so if apply that to thrust measurement it comes to around 70lb but ive yet to do a practical test.

Colin, this is the hardest video to watch but also the most glorious because as a DIYer we do what we can with what we have in our garages. The everyday man/woman inventor doesn't usually have the massive, expensive machines that companies have to do the work in next to no time so we struggle on but make something that no machine will ever make. The imperfections make it a piece of art. If you have a little bit of brain then eventually you can make anything.

Of all Colin's videos, I like this one the best.
Some others may show more insane ideas being tackled, but what I love about this one is the way it shows the ingenuity and problem solving - all the attempts to get that cone formed without using flash tools. Simply awesome, and a glimpse into some of the thought processes that are bouncing around in the mad plumber's head. I'd love to see more of this kind of content.

The most impressive part of this video is just the sheer effort and ingenuity to get the cone rolled.  I used to work in a sheet metal shop and I'm very impressed (but not surprised considering  the man) with what you were able to accomplish with a 6" bench vise!

It's just an on of switch and I set the amps on the welder, you can use a pedal to but I only use that on Ali

Love the involuntary pelvic thrust at 3:42. A real sign of VICTORY!

you can use either but tig you have finer control and welding thinish stainless control is good. Tig welders tend to be more expensive to so most people have migs

Being here in May 2021 and seeing how young looking you were is hilarious, as well as how much EFFORT you had to put into the most favorite thing I see in your outro now!
