Bench press - 4 sets (12 reps), Heavy!
Incline dumbbell press - 3 sets (8 reps)
Machine cable fly - 3 sets (16 reps)
Dips + decline cable fly - 3 sets (12 reps), superset!
Machine press - 3 sets (12 reps)
Single cable front raise - 3 sets (20 reps)
