Omg I wanted to create a routine like this for the loooongest time. We could also call it „a million versions of Jumping Jacks“ :D I-Jump, O-Jump, Press Up Jump, I-Messed Up Jump, …

▸ Mid Intensity
▸ no floor, 100% standing
▸ Cardio only, not heavy on the legs
▸ very suitable for the day after Leg Day (aka. sore muscles)
▸ happy, but not dancy
▸ target: calorie & fat burn, sweating, cardio,… and calve muscles haha :D

I created this (like Dance Workouts) directly on those Joel Corry songs, so beats and movements match niceeeeely. I would say this is similar to the „15min Boxing Cardio“ - just as a Jumping Style and more happy.

PS: can you see how I took the inspiration of our Song Workouts (BED and Lonely) and adapted them to the Jumping Style? :)))))

It’s so hard for me to not do the usual moves during the songs "bed" and "lonely" haha. I already love this routine so much❤️

This was an amazing workout! I really enjoyed all the jumps and loved that there were no planks, burpees or other tortures 😅😂 A new favourite! ❤️

Just done it and wow! So much energy and happy vibes! Couldn't stop smiling during all the jumps! I really had a good time! And it has been definitely sweaty 🥵 The songs "bed" and especially "lonely" felt like home to me! It was wonderful to have them again ❤️

WHAAAAT ! Jumping Jacks have been one of my least favourite moves. However, I have never felt that cool while doing them. Pamela ! That was awesome, as always ! I cannot tell you how happy I was when I clicked to see the confetti after doing a video I thought I would never be able to ! THANK YOU FOR MAKING ME CONFIDENT AND HAPPY TODAY ! 🥳🥰❤ LOVE YOUUU !

Pam always knows how to turn on my beast mode;) Every time doing her workout, it feels like I can dance very well and that I'm a badass. Besides, this workout has some "oldies" songs 😂 but I love 'em so much!

I do your workouts when there is such an opportunity, unfortunately not so often as I used to do.
