Join me for a 15 minute CARDIO KICKBOXING HIIT WORKOUT to burn calories and break out a sweat! There will be NO JUMPING in todays workout which means it's low impact but still super high intensity. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. You can do this workout at home with no equipment needed. So let's get sweating! 💞 xox Mik
