I used to be a HIIT pro and fell off the wagon while I gained 40 pounds. I'm hopping back on and chose this one to "restart." I don't know why but when you said "You did it!" at the end I immediately burst into tears. Thank you for making me feel strong!

Just found your workouts not too long ago and I've been loving them. I like the quick 15 to 20 minutes workouts with no repeats. They make the workout go faster and I'm actually putting in two workout because it felt like it wasn't enough. I like the 30 minutes workouts too, don't get me wrong, but sometimes they seem to drag on too long (at least for me). With these shorter ones, at least I feel like I've accomplished a workout and then can get another one in and it still doesn't feel long. Keep it up!

Just did this one for the first time. Wow that was intense but the time flew. I really feel like I got a good workout. Thank you for the low impact options for those of us over 50 😊 I love your channel! ❤

Yeah pretty crazy & got very warm😊 used 1kg weights some of the time and came up on toes to make some of those moves more cardio as I prefer not to jump! 🙏Mikala short sweet cardio 👍💪 getting fitness back!
