This is such a well thought out workout as usual. Thanks for the simple, effective and challenging moves. This motivates me to push myself because the moves are so uncomplicated, yet intense. Such a great workout. One of my favs. One suggestion, to fatigue the individual muscles it would be better to work continuously, like first right, then left and not to switch right-left-right-left. The third circle was like this ;)
