When I ran out of steam and felt like I couldn't go on for another minute, then checked the time only to realize I wasn't even halfway through the workout. This session near killed me! I don't know HOW I made it through the entire thing without even moderating. I feel like superhuman right now. Really got to give myself a high-five for finishing this one.

That was amazing. I feel so good after this one. Really glad there were some ab/core exercises throughout too.
Heather, I’d love you to do a calendar/challenge for those of us (me) who are working on toning that last bit of belly. Been working out with you for a couple of years now, I do IF have an active lifestyle and still striving for defined abs!

Day 18 straight with you Heather! This one was killer. Perfect test of my endurance! Right at the 30 minute mark I started to really tire out, but I saw there was only 4 more moves and I powered through! This one wasn't easy, but glad I got it in today! Thank youu!
