Let's HIIT it team! This no repeats HIIT workout with no equipment can be done from home, the gym, outside or in a hotel room with minimal space! They key is just to keep that body moving and do your best. You'll get in a total body workout with this one so clear some space and follow along!

Sometimes I dread the workout but I never regret it! Had a bad night sleep & really didn't want to workout this morning but I pushed myself & got it done....now I feel amazing!

The first week of the August 2021 workout plan complete! I love how your workout plans focus on all areas of the body, not just the abs and butt. And so many varieties! I can already feel my muscles getting toned. Love your voiceless workouts, but would love to have a little instruction on posture and which muscles I'm working on in each exercise to prevent injuries <3
