1 Hour // No Repeat HIIT Workout

Ok, you asked for it! It's time to power through todays 1 hour No Repeat HIIT in the new studio whoop whoop!! 60 different exercises that you only have to perform one time each. We are adding weights to this HIIT workout for added resistance and intensity. We are targeting all the major muscle groups with this total body workout and will be building strength and endurance. Remember to fuel your workouts with proper nutrition, take breaks and modify whenever you need. Let's do this!

Workout Breakdown: Warm Up
1 hour HIIT circuit: 40s work + 20s rest x1 round
Cool Down
Equipment Needed: dumbbells (I'm using a set of 5lbs and 10lbs) + exercise mat or other soft surface.

Let’s do this team! I’m excited to finally be in the new studio! A year ago I couldn't do more than 3 burpees. Today I finished this routine. Proud of how far I have come. Can't wait to see how far I will go.

This is Rad. Great workout. Medium impact. Easy to follow. No annoying over coaching. High intensity. Simple equipment. No repeats. Lots of variety. Targets everything. AND it’s an hour. Might I say the perfect workout.

I can’t believe I survived this workout!! I discovered Heather and her workouts during this pandemic and I absolutely love her! However, I’ve only ever done the shorter workouts and so I was afraid to try this one. I’m so glad I did because I feel great and hopefully I made my kids proud seeing me pouring sweat in the living room!

This workout was absolute killer! I loved it! I have to say a huge THANK YOU Heather! Your workout videos have helped me go from 189lbs to now 118 lbs! It was a long and hard process but I’m so proud of how far I came and I feel so much happier!! Keep these vids coming!

This was my first time doing one of Heather's workouts. I loved it! I did this workout 3-5 times a week for the last 5 weeks! My body became so nicely toned, I became stronger with every single workout, and my form improved during pushups and planks. I find this workout to be very efficient. It hits every part of your body. It is challenging and feels like a "never-ending workout" after the 43:03 mark but it is worth every minute of sweat, tears...and possibly blood. :)

I don’t know why everyone is complaining that it’s too dark and far away. It’s perfect! People just hate change. Your living room with the fire place and plants was obviously stunning but this space is very work outy. Your channel has changed my life!! Please don’t ever stop making videos!!

I've done so many of your workouts but this is my favorite one. A full hour, perfectly paced, never boring and an energizing music background. Also doesn't require much space at all. I end my week with this one. Thank you, Heather!!

This routine is so well constructed, thank you so much !
I started increasing the difficulty by trying to do more reps each session, increasing the weight of the dumbbells, and then I got myself a weighted vest.
But even without equipment, this one will challenge you for sure and for good !

I thought it was a little too dark and couldnt see the movements and form too well. I tried enhancing the brightness on my phone and then TV, but it didnt help. I still completed the workout because you are AMAZING and it was worth all efforts! 😄🙌💣💣 Do you think you can increase the lighting or brightness from the next videos?
