Heather - I just can’t thank you enough for these great workouts! A year ago when I was so low and finally realised I was in menopause and didn’t know how I was going to get my life and body (ugh meno belly) in order, I slowly returned to your workouts. Eventually by ramping your workouts up, getting in my steps with regular walks and focusing on my diet, I have lost 10lbs, am toning up and feel great. I plan to be one fit 50 year old on my birthday in 6 months!

I have decided to things today- #1 Heather is the best YouTube fitness guru out there. I have been following her for almost 2 years. I have done all sorts of fitness training in my life, and I can honestly say I’m in the best shape of my life. I am a former collegiate athlete and still have a lot of competitive spirit in myself. She is the perfect blend of everything, especially as we all get older. #2 the 20sec intervals are absolutely perfect. You can either use the entire time for transition or decide not to use it at all if you’re feeling extra spunky! Please don’t ever stop what you’re doing Heather, the community loves you and appreciates you.👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I love the thought you put into the transitions. I hare getting up and down; so you pair the exercises for smoother transitions so it is easier on the knees. Thank you for the hard work you put into these videos.

Loved it. I am so used to burpees as the final shebang that I was temporarily outraged when it kept going. :) Thanks for keeping me on my toes. I am in better shape after 9 months of working out with you than I was when I went to the gym for 70 mins 6 days a week. What a huge difference you make.

Loveeeed it. I usually get bored with long HIIT workouts. This one was so interesting. Love that you always have warm-ups and cool-downs
