I really like the way Eleni explains each move with little hand gestures and different viewing angles. So much nicer than someone barking instructions at you. If there was an Olympic event for keep fit instructors, Eleni would win a gold medal. Plenty of good balance exercises to practice. They're my favourite (standing on one leg has become a bit of an obsession).

Great workout! I’m 75yo with a lot of arthritis. Been doing 30 min workouts so challenged myself to the extra 10mins. Really makes a difference and moves are so easy to modify as I can’t jump! Thank you!😊

I've always been thin and somewhat of an athletic build, but I'm 36 so naturally as my body ages, it's not as easy to keep up with that. I've been doing your workouts for almost a year now, and my body looks so good because of you! Definitely a confidence booster. My old 6 pack is starting to show again :)

I loved it! I did this one and another one with weights after some time of inactivity. I sweated like it was summer, here it is winter. Today my body, especially my legs, feel it!
