Thank you SO much for this Anna. Over the last few years the Popsugar videos really changed my life and I have been keeping my fingers crossed for you guys to release a new solid cardio burnout. This was just what I needed. I'm starting a new job and about to move cross country: surrounded by boxes and bubble wrap and chaos, but I pushed the mess to the side, rolled out my mat, and voila! I am sweating and beaming and paused the video before cool down even started just to express my gratitude. When you were saying "the tired is just you getting stronger!" it hit me that my body is in such a good place because of what Popsugar has given me. Thank you.

5'2, 135lbs. Going to do this every day for a month. Will update w my results :).

Back after 2 months! I did this video every other day combined with chloe ting/lily sabri and I lost 14 lbs. No strict dieting

Update: This was much more tolerable the second time doing this. Start with the modifications, and then gradually work your way up according to what you can handle. Also, do not be afraid to pause. It's about progress!

To any amazing person reading this: please know you are doing great! If u need to take a break often, that's ok. You can do this. Even if you only did half of the video or even less, you did great! You gave it your all.

Omg. Thank you SO MUCH for this video! I'm almost 19, and after a HORRIBLE year (pcos diagnosis, even worse hairloss, horrible breakup, toxic friends, depression got worse, awful therapist, bad medication, new school etc.) and also hitting the heaviest weight I've been and developing binge ED, I really thought nothing would be possible for me to lose weight at this point especially since I also have fibromyalgia since I was 11 so all the populair exercises where you lay on a mat are impossible for me :( I had already done 25 minutes of squats today, one of the only exercises I can do, but even for that I had to take breaks every few minutes, so when I just started this video I really didn't expect myself to be able to finish it, but I did! Never paused the video, listened to everything you said and learned a lot aswell, and even though my face became a little red and even my legs became a little red, it went well and it's the first time I've managed to exercise for 30 minutes straight <3

I also LOVED the fact that you pointed out small details, like modifiers having to stay on their toes, and with the side lunges that its best to keep your foot straight ahead because otherwise it could cause knee pain, which explains why I always got kneepain after side lunges! I couldn't perform some of the exercises as well as you guys, like lunges, which hurt me easily, but I still managed to do it even if it was kind of crappy~ Immediately gonna check out your other videos and try to do this daily :)

Would LOVE more 30 minute standing cardio workouts. I've done this video a lot because it's a full 30 minutes, but it doesnt count the stretch as part of the 30 minutes. It's a true 30 minute workout and I would love more of these!

Locked down for the corona virus in Milan (Italy). It's the fourth week at home and I found this workout to help me keep healthy (mentally and physically). I'm 55 and I do the modification, sometime at a slower pace. It's really working. I'm losing weight! Thank you very much for this video.

This video is legit! Day 1, I took many stop breaks, sat down a few times after each exercise and contemplated stopping the video altogether, but I didn't, I pushed through. Just finished day 5 and didn't stop once or sit down or pause the video. I can really feel the improvements and wonder what it'll be like on day 30. I don't look forward to doing it each morning because I know it will challenge me, but I love that and that's what keeps me coming back! Thank you ladies. And Anna, I don't know how you talk all the way through this video 🤯 I'm barely breathing.
