Whoa!😲 Amazing routine! 😊 This may be standing but OMG the 🔥and sweat💦. I really like the transition because it gave me less time to stay put / stand because I was concentrating on what's next and the execution of the exercise. Thank you Julia! This was my first HIIT / Cardio routine that I only paused once to decipher which leg😅. 👍👍❤❤🥰👌

Nice workout. I noticed that a couple times it would get to 2 seconds and I would stop. :)
So active calories 294, total, 373, average heart rate 129bpm.
So not bad. I am getting better att he twist and then squat so that is good.
I was amazed you are fit enough to keep smiling during th workout, as though it was not much for you, as I was dying, so someday I will reach your level.
