I can not do exercise in a regular way due to an umbilical surgery but with u guys at least i can move my feet and jump. Thank you!! I love this channel. Do not retire 🎉

I wanted to do something a little less hardcore after my caroline girvan workouts today. This was great. Just difficult enough that I liked it but didn't quit from being too tired. I loved the all standing as well. Thank you for a great video.
