I just wanted to say I came back nearly 4 weeks later it’ll be 4 weeks on Tuesday and today is Saturday and did ALL the holding planks at the end without dropping my knees to the ground!! Justin and Taylor has been a God send for ME!!! 👏🏼🙌🏼🥰

I think Self should hire a regular person who is in the background of these routines, who always whines and you can see the pain in their face BUT still finish the workouts... And I volunteer for that position
