Would love to see more like this one. I’m 55 and have been dealing with health issues (hysterectomy, cervical spinal stenosis). Gained weight because I’ve been in so much pain. Able to move again, but need low impact. Thank you so much for this workout!

This one felt like one was lifting 10 lbs. I don’t know how you did this one twice. It was a definite challenge for one time. I would love to see more similar to this one as it is very intense, focused and rewarding.

Like others have said - as someone with chronic pain, these low impact workouts are everything! I’d love to see more Pilates style workouts!
