this was amazing: not impossibly hard, but not stupidly easy. it was the most perfect balance and I enjoyed every minute of it, thank you so much 🤍 ALSO the mini ball is my favourite prop ever 🤧

I loved this can you make more like all floor work on side for legs and maybe abs on elbows those moves are nice on back but work lower abs core!

I have a hard time with neck weakness. Any ideas? I've had a daily yoga practice for years and yes it has gotten better but still as with this class the hardest part for me is to hold my neck that long.
