In this workout you are training with me, Sydney Cummings, owner of Royal Change and NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I am a fitness trainer is Charlotte, North Carolina and was a Division 1 athlete at West Virginia University where I was a national qualifying high jumper. I use my knowledge from my NASM certifications, bachelor’s degree, nursing school experience, and my elite athletic background to lead you through workouts designed to make you a stronger, more balanced athlete. I love how sydney shows us her taking breaks and her struggling and breathing hard as well. It makes the workouts much more relatable and allows for motivation.

Sydney, I have been into fitness my entire adult life (I'm 57). I have seen it all and done it all, and you my dear are the best!!! With your positive attitude, variety of moves, and grueling but fun workouts, every single no one that comes close to you on YouTube (in my opinion). Thank you for all you and Dustin do! Beautiful inside and out...you are an inspiration...though I do scream a swear word at you every now and then!!! LOL.

How do I get through a workout like this...pretend Sydney is behind me watching my every move! I know I need the cardio but 40 minutes kicks my butt! Always glad that I showed up though! I haven’t missed a day yet in the Summertime Fine 2.0! Lord willing, I pray that I make it through every day of this 12 weeks!

Today was the 1st time in 11 months that I have not had to modify my Sydney workouts due to my foot injury!! This milestone also lead to my first (and probably only) time that I enjoyed doing mountain climbers with Sydney. ;)

This was a great, full-body workout! And we did it all without any equipment except our own body! Lots of good cardio and core moves, and plenty of variety to keep it fun.
I wish you were still here for us every day, Sydney (like you used to be). I have to go back to your older workouts to get the workouts I want. But I am glad they are still available!

you speech throught the work out and in the cool down gave me such a (much needed) kick in the but to not let my brain be in my way and guess what yesterday i believed i´m not strong enough for push ups and today i did all of them on my toes !! and when we where done after the cool down i tried again and could do 7 wide hand push ups without a break and on my toes thank you for making me stronger and better than i was yesterday !!!!
