40 Minute Full Body Strength Workout | STRONG - Day 6

Today is a full body workout so be ready to turn up the intensity! We will work for 30 seconds and rest for 15 seconds and complete 3 rounds of each exercise throughout the workout. I used anywhere from my 15 pound dumbbells up to my 35 pound dumbbells and my glute resistance bands so grab yours if you're ready!

4. Leg Raises

6. curtsy Lunges
7. Shoulder Press
8. DB Toe Touches
9. Shoulder Press
10. Russian Twists

In this workout you are training with me, Sydney Cummings, owner of Royal Change and NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. About a year ago, I was incredibly suicidal and had lost touch with reality, but I'm better now (not 100%, but so much better), so I'm grateful to be alive and to have this free resource to workout with as often as I need to in order to keep my physical and mental health in balance. Sydney's Daily Wisdom (35:05): "To get stronger, we have more exposure to the things that challenge us." I am already strong, but being truthful about what is most challenging and pushing into those things is what ultimately makes me stronger. Today, I am grateful for my health and the opportunity to become the best version of myself. A few days ago I celebrated the life of my 102-year old grandma who passed away last week. She was a wonderful example of a life well-lived and inspires me every day.

First no matter how I feel, I remember my mother who has MS. I dedicate each work out in honor of her. With that, I am tremendously grateful for my strength and endurance to complete every workout. I am grateful for you Sydney and your great workouts. Last night I had a full blown panic attack I thought I was dying begging my husband to take me to the hospital 😂 which he wouldn't. So I didn't die last night and I was able to get this workout in this morning. Moral of the story is when anxiety sets in just keep pushing. What doesn't kill you makes you stronger.
