Team, it's time to WORK! A 40 min SWEAT & STRENGTH HIIT Workout to burn calories, burn fat and tone all major muscle groups. Let's move our bodies, improve our strength, and have fun sweating it out together! Let's do it!!

Workout:
▸ 00:00 - 04:15 Warm Up 30 sec on
▸ 04:15 - 16:20 Grab your weights 50 sec on, 10 sec off
▸ 16:20 - 24:25 Cardio 30 sec on, 10 sec off
▸ 24:25 - 32:30 Grab your weights 50 sec on, 10 sec off
▸ 32:30 - 36:25 Tabata Finisher 20 sec on, 10 sec off
▸ 36:35 - 40:03 Cool Down 30 sec on, 10 sec off

I really like the alteration between short intervals of cardio on the one hand vs. longer intervals w/ dumbbells on the other hand. It made the workout fly really quick. Thanks, Ana, dear!
