Let's really CRUSH this full body workout! Be ready to move quickly form exercise to exercise! For my dumbbells I used 10, 15, 20, 35, and 40 pounds but grab weights that challenge YOU! We will be working for 45, 30, and 20 seconds and resting for 15 seconds. Grab your water, and your sweat towel, click play and let's go! Push it hard and let's work up a SERIOUS SWEAT! Equipment I use on my channel:

*Please take note that calories burned vary for every individual depending on multiple factors (e.g. age, body weight, heart rate, height, effort intensity, etc). Any slight variation in any of these factors can dramatically alter the amount of calories you burn. I calculate all of my calories using an Apple Watch 4 with the High Intensity Interval Training Workout application and I am 29 years old, 5’8”, and weigh 140 lbs so you can use my few factors as well as my intensity level to gauge yourself.

I am a fitness trainer is Charlotte, North Carolina and was a Division 1 athlete at West Virginia University where I was a national qualifying high jumper. I use my knowledge from my NASM certifications, bachelor’s degree, nursing school experience, and my elite athletic background to lead you through workouts designed to make you a stronger, more balanced athlete. My goal is to get you closer to your goals with each workout!

I love hearing your story. You're so inspiring. I too am a victim of gun violence. I'm 40yo now but when I was 18yo I was shot in the chest with my oldest daughter sitting next to me while just driving down the street. I have definitely always appreciated everyday I have been given here on earth. I had 3 more children. I became a labor & delivery nurse. Im thankful to have come across your fitness video and restarted my fitness journey since my birthday in October. Keep up your great work! I look forward to your workouts everyday!

I was so moved by your story today. It hit home. Had a brain tumor removed Dec 6 2017, surgery left me with some nerve damage in left leg. I know how those year milestones of recovery really impact you. I did months of physical therapy and they helped but finding you have been the most impact on my body and mind. I can’t wait to see what workout you have in store for me every morning! Even though some moves I can’t do I just modify and keep going. Thank you so much!!

Crushed it! And believe me we’re grateful for you and your fight too. I was running a ton a year ago this week, thinking I was headed to my first half marathon. A month later an injury to my big toe derailed me and I to stop running and completely alter my other training too. Today I’m running again, progressing in weights in your workouts, and feeling great. I’m ready this year to eat the food my body deserves, work out hard, fight for my autistic child to get the best education for him, and plan my oldest daughter’s Bat Mitzvah!
