Wow. If I am honest - the first half was fine. That was definitely sweaty. Sweating from places I never knew sweated. Sat out towards the end, watching was enough!!!

New ways to choose what video to follow:
- Feeling unmotivated = all standing Pilates
- Feeling powerful = high intensity all standing HIIT
- Feeling a little tired = all standing, no jumping for abs
- Feeling stressed and want to wind down = low impact & full-body HIIT

This was a nice workout to kickstart the week. Replaced the dancing moves with jumping jacks, push ups etc.as I just can't do those rhythmic movements gracefully 😀
