I would like to post a comment under each and every one of your workouts that I've done, and I'm working up to doing them all :)
It's just that... on the one hand, I'd hate to be that one commentator you see under every video a given channel uploads, and on the other, I would want to do everything I can to boost your algorithm (I believe you were recommended to me by YT because I'm subscribed to Coach Kel), because your channel is, in my opinion of course, criminally underrated! I've seen and done your workouts that are 4 years old (!), and have aged very well. Also, I want to let you know how much I enjoy working out with you, how I appreciate your teaching style and overall how your videos are done, in my comments. It's a dilemma :)

On a more serious note, I think you are one of the top tier teachers out there. I'd want to try to move some things around and make it to your online pilates classes (if I've calculated correctly the time difference and the option of me attending them being possible), although I have some questions, or rather, A question, about that.

I know this post has turned into a blogpost already, lol, but I have a question regarding this workout too. It's about my inability to do the stradle-split, if I remember correctly how it's called. When you are on your hands, jump and split your legs in the air. My excuse is that my flat is too small, furnature everywhere and me being tall with long legs hahah, but I seriously feel I couldn't do it if I had all the space. Any advice you could give me on that? There are other excercises in this workout that were really hard for me, but I was able to do them after several tries.

Anyway, I apologise for the longest post (or any spelling or grammar mistakes I've made, English is my second language) and I'm so thankfull in advance for your potential reply. I really hope your channel blows up, Desireé (hope I spelled your name correctly this time, sorry for the previously wrong one) :) because it's SUCH a *rich* library of amazing workout routines!

Yes thank you for considering your followers comments, however I am good with your repeat and no repeat workouts. They all work the body and are good for my heart and health and I love them all! We need diversity in our workouts I think. For some reason the repeat HIIT's make us think it's harder, it's a plesebo effect thing I think, but it's so goood!!! Anyway, much respect to you for addressing all your comments about calorie burn etc, when we all know so much more goes into getting into shape and losing weight and all that is up to the person! You gotta take responsibility in many aspects of your life to achieve what you want. You gently and respectfully address this point at the beginning, a ballerina's ladylike approach and it helps make you a great teacher and helps people want to follow you. Oh and this HIIT is fantastic! Didn't expect anything less than :)

I think this is the first pilates workout of yours that I’ve fully completed on the first try - it was so much fun! I’ve never tried split jumps before but I’ve done bunny hops so I wasn’t scared to try these. Thank you so much for the video!
