▸ 22:17 - 34:21 UPPER BODY BURN 30 sec on, 10 sec rest
▸ 34:21 - 40:37 CARDIO FINISHER 🔥 30 sec on, no rest

I'm proud of what I accomplished today. I started off with 15lbs but it felt too light so I went up to 20lbs and it felt more challenging. I try to go at my own pace and not focus on Anna's pace too much because we all have different abilities and speeds. I do love that Anna has warms and stretching in her videos because stretching is vital for mobility to be able to lift and get stronger.😊

Man I really love your workout collection. Whatever injury I am nursing, I know these is something in here that'll work for what I can do at the moment. Currently healing up a hip strain and was confident you'd have "no jumping" and "no floor" etc.
