I did two of your workouts today and this was one. It’s Sunday so I give myself a shorter workout, 1 hour. So I tried a little something different, in this workout for the 10 sec rest between each exercise I typically walk, but this time I decided to do your fast feet move to keep my heart rate up. It worked well, I was able to stay in the 123-133bpm range for longer time (25 min). Yesterday I worked out for 2 hours and stayed in that range for 33 minutes, so I’m looking forward to trying this in tomorrow’s 2 hour workout to see what I get 🙂. Yeah for me 🥰! I never burn the calories shown on each video, and I don’t expect to. You’re much younger than I, I used to burn that much but in my wiser years now 😊 I burn less which is why I have to do more. I’m good with that, keeps me strong. Thank you again my dear. Have a beautiful day ❤

I this workout session. When I read “KILLER” in the title of the video I really thought its gonna be extremely exhausting just like all other HIIT workouts. But this workout was rather energizing. That’s what made me enjoy it. Thanks for making this workout actually beginner friendly! ❤

I set my Apple Watch to mixed cardio. 326 active calories burned 422 total 43:26. Im 47 and am currently down 31.4 pounds doing these kinds of workouts. I have to modify some stuff because of a bad left knee. The music is great and the exercises are 👍🏼
