This absolutely saved me from 6 months of pain while sitting. I had no prior injury but apparently after injections, medications and 6 months of not being able to sit for more than 10 minutes this solved the problem. Apparently a disc would slightly buldge in my lower lumbar while sitted and strike a nerve. These exercises pushed the buldge back in. Forever thankful.

Hi Doc! I could not sit for more than 5-10 minutes over the past 7 months. I watched a ton of videos, read all kind of articles and I have seen many physiotherapists without success. I have been meaning to thank you so much for this video!! I have watched over 20 videos on YouTube and nothing worked until I saw your stretches for my herniated disk at L5 S1. Man thank you so much for posting this. All these other lower back stretches people post and say will help your lower back never consider people with herniated discs and we end up hurting ourselves. These are fantastic. I wasn't even taught these in physical therapy.

Your stretches are the only thing that has helped me to sit, lay, sleep and walk without pain.

Dear God, this is amazing. Currently four and half weeks into recovering from a bulging disc with terrible cramps in my leg, and this relieved so much tension and pain in my leg it's unbelievable.

I have had tons of pain driving for years and been through physical therapy. Have returned several cars because extended test drives would cause this pain.This was the first thing that has eleviated the pain. THANK YOU!

It’s five am I woke up with severe pain I have been referred previously to a pain clinic ( haven’t gone yet) I’m doing the stretches now and it is surprisingly hitting the exact spot when I have degeneration L5 S1. Thank you for trying to help people without charging for it

Thanks so much. My L5S1 is severe doctors said surgery may not give me my feelings back in my foot. I'm experiencing pain in my left leg, drop foot, and extended big toe. I'm nervous about surgery. These stretching exercises makes a big difference. Thanks again.

Really hoping this works I’ve had a disc buldge for 3 months now and the doctor said I’m too young for surgery been losing hope and falling into a deep depression but this gave me some type of hope I appreciate it
