For 2 years, did HIIT workouts, had to push myself through the entire thing. Then, for 3 months, I tried pilates, and that was better but not really my thing. Now, since one year, I have started doing yoga. It is EXCELLENT. I enjoy doing yoga so much with that feeling of stretching and all. It has helped me in toning so much, then I also walk for 30 mins daily. This is the best combo of exercise ever. Been working out daily since the age of 12.

True true. The exercise that sticks with me are the "lazy ones". Stretching on bed, 10 min yoga, workout for seniors, minimal effort dances etc. Yet I can feel my body growing stronger day by day.

I always say this!! Love this mentality. Forcing yourself into a routine you hate will never be long term but finding something you love will be. Love that pickleball is getting so many people working out now!! Also love the “I get to workout” and “my body has carried me through life” are so important as well. Working out because you hate yourself does not create a healthy relationship with exercise

This realization blew my mind. Just get up and MOVE!! Move your friggin body. It doesn't have to be aesthetically pleasing, it has to get your heart pumping.

I am enjoying yard work. I have a weed whip and have been going to town expanding the yard and clearing trails with my machete! So much fun 🤩 feel like Indiana Jones or something
