Secret Bulletproof Knees Exercise

This is a less commonly used movement for knee resiliency. If we want the knees to become stronger we need to expose them to full bend at different angles. This exercise uses strength from the feet and ankles to push the knees further forward which in turn, strengthens the knees.

I used to have tons of knee pain back in my 20's. A combo of this exercise and strengthening my hamstrings cleared up all of my knee troubles. Use it as a warmup for your training session and you'll be happy with the results. #shorts #youtubeshorts

I’m 52 and have been weight training for 39 years but developed knee problems because I didn’t use full range of motion exercises. And as my knees got stiffer, I took it even more easy thinking “don’t push it!”

I started watching strength side when I turn 50 and I applied a lot of the full range of motion and knees over toes protocol, and I can’t climb a mountain high enough to let everybody know that I have completely rebuilt the connective tissues of my knees and hips, shoulders, lower back… dynamic movements are miraculous to the body at any age.

Important to respect where you're at! The full leg extension at the end is a seriously advanced movement and can lead to knee damage if attempted without the appropriate prep. I personally pinched my meniscus this way, when I integrated it into training too early. It really is a lot of strain on the knee! I'd stick to the movement progression in the beginning of the video. Maybe save the full extension for showing off on the rare occasion, if your knees are at that level. 😉

I do this everyday without using any UE support. just practice getting up from the floor this way and it will become second nature. Really helps to strengthen the legs and protect the knees.

I learned this accidently while I was doing a yoga session and heard some low-key, non-painful cracklin and then felt pressure on the outer right side of my right knee. That happened a few times after that and even felt that my knee would "crack" or pop in an unnatural way, so then I adapted to and adopted this toe bending movement.

I used to get frequent knee pain when working out in gym. I used to believe it was due to weak knees, I had watched this video long back and had tried the excercise to improve my knee strengthening. Nothing worked, later through luck when discussing this issue with my son's coach he mentioned about hip stretch and loosening of hip joints, I did few of those excercise like 45 45 and it worked wonder, know I don't have knee pain
I am sharing this information so it might help someone with similar situation. This video is good and I am not trying to say anything negative about this video. I am just saying unless you know the root cause of problems trying to fix it will be frustrating experience

Thank you so much for this excercise! I was a runner for a long time but unfortunately has to take a long break due to illness, I had recently started back again and was enjoying it but was feeling demotivated as my knees were feeling stiff and sore- this has fixed this completely and I am now back enjoying running. 🙏

They should definitely be somebody certified to guide you through this because if you have a weight problem or any joint problems, even if you work on it for a long time you hurt yourself trying to do half of those moves he’s talking about specially if you’re up in age
