PEFECT 7 min workout routine, really got my heart rate up without being high impact (so i go easy on my ankles and my downstairs neighbors 😅) also some of these moves were genuinely fun. your voice is really soothing and your advice is really encouraging, thanks

Thank you for this low impact, I gained a lot of weight during winter and now its hard to move but I ve started with 6000 walking steps daily and was able to do this which is big for me as I have joint and muscle pain, I'll keep up with this until I can move with less pain. Thank you!
