I started Weight Watchers in May and was feeling so heavy and needed to get started with exercise. I found this video and followed along everyday. I've watched many ab workout videos, and this is simultaneously the easiest to do with the best burn. I feel a burn in my abs that i usually only get after 2-3 chloe ting videos! And it's lying down so i don't have to worry about my old injuries! Very great!

I THANK GOD I FOUND THIS VIDEO. THIS MY FIRST TIME DOING SOME OF THESE EXERCISES THAT I THOUGHT DIDN'T HELP AT ALL ESPECIALLY IN BED OF ALL PLACES. I FEEL THE BURN IN MY STOMACH AND ALSO THE REST OF MY BODY. I THANK U FOR POSTING THIS. I WAS DOING MY SIT UPS IN BED ANYWAY. THIS IS AN ADDED BONUS AND NOT HARD TO DO AT ALL. I WILL DEFINITELY KEEP THIS UP. DAY 1 IS DOWN. I WILL CONTINUE TO DO THESE EXERCISES EVERYDAY.
