I'm excited to show you guys today's workout because I know that a lot of you have been waiting and asking for this! Today, I'm giving you yet another quick and easy workout that you can do to burn those calories and lose some serious weight!

The best part is that all of the routines included in this video are cardio exercises which means that your weight loss will be optimized due to its effective way of burning fats as you go along!

This is a convenient cardio workout you can at home for JUST 7 MINUTES that is sure to get your heart rate up and keep you moving. This is a no-equipment workout which means that you can do this anywhere, at any time you want! Good luck!

Here is my routine and it will help you to be skinny fast and its easyy!

1: when youwake up in the morning immediately drink one full glass of water

2:after u wake up you should eat breakfast after 45 mins and u can eat any healthy thing or u can just eat whatever but in less oil best options are oats, fruit salad

3: you need to drink 8 glasses of water everyday water is the best way to lose weight and at first it will be hard to drink that much of water but after 2 weeks you will get used to it

4: don't skip meal and eat something that can keep u full for the next meal don't skip breakfast, lunch, dinner

5:in afternoon go to a walk for 30 mins doctors discovered 30 mins walk is more affective than a walk of 1 hour and just don't get yourself exhausted

6: and complete your 8 hour sleep everyday

7:and stay active all day

8:and stop eating from outside and eat whatever u can make at home ☺

See?? This is soo easy and you will get used to it for your whole life

Hello. I'm gonna do this til March 24th. I'm 125.4 Ib. I'm doing this workout along with her "How To Get Slim Thighs in 9 Minutes" and the 11 minute small waist. Just telling you so you won't expect the same results as me

Day 1: ✅️ Done and it was super easy for me :)

Day 2: ✅️ Done! I was 125.4 Ib right before doing it, and now I'm 123.6 Ib. My waist is now 27 in, hips are 36.5, belly is 29 in, butt is also 36.5 in, thighs are 21.5-22. I'm only writing measurements today and then the last day so I can see the improvements!

Am gonna start this tomorrow (monday) morning and I'll try and keep updated.... Thank you Roberta. Just what i need.
Day 1: it looks easy but it is so not!!! But i feel great after
Day 2: it was still so exhausting. I sweat alot but it was worth it.
Day 3: it's still so hard to do. And i sweat alot. But i feel great as always.
Day 4: i skipped it oop-
Day 5: it's a little easier

Edit: i love it so much that i decided to do for the whole month (September). Wish me luck!!

I am doing this until I’m happy with the way my body looks + I’m doing 2 other workouts!

Day 1: ✅ it was pretty easy not to hard but I’ll eventually get used to it! See you tomorrow!

Day 2: ✅ it felt good and I’m ready for the next workout + I did see that my stomach did get a little flatter, but that’s because I’m also doing 2 other work outs


Day 3: I had to skip I was busy and I did not have time, I hope I can do this tomorrow though <3

Day 4: ✅ I was very happy after I did it I did lose 2 kg in 3 days :) I’m very happy!

Day 5: had to skip Again i had some family stuff to take care off


Day:6 skipped again I’ll do it tomorrow though


Day 7: I did it I was very tired as normal 😂 but I’ll see you 2 morrow!


Day 8: I didn’t do the workouts, I walked 12000 steps instead

day 1: done<3
day 2: done<3( i noticed this morning that my lower belly has gotten a little flatter, my stomach has always always been flat but my lower belly was a bit big)

thank youso much for these videos i was stuck on 12 stone for the 3 weeks - i was loosing inches but the weight wasnt coming off, been doing your videos for 2-3 days and lost 2 pounds finally in the 11 srtone range i am also completing your loose 10ilb video as well :)

I am trying to loss stomach weight and belly weight and become skinny heres my routine

1.When you wake up in the morning have an glass of water
2. after u wake up grab an quick snack but make sure that snack fills you up ( an fruit salad)
3 have another cup of water
4 Wake like 30 minutes each day
5 I only ate Breakfast and dinner for dinner you can have some low calories
6 Complete your 8 hours of sleep everyday
7 if you go to sleep and go to pe Anslery is for an hour
8 stop eating out so much
Hopefully this helps :) ( do this for about 2-3 months and you should get skinnyer and taller)
