Ok so I'm trying this, With eating less and drinking A LOT of water!
( no diet change )

Last time I weighed myself I was 92! ✨

🥀 Looking for appearance not a number!

✨ Day 1: (night) Definitely hated basketball jumps and had very little room for skier jumps!
Although This is definitely a challenge im accepting!

If you find yourself fat without any clear reason, it might be simply not drinking enough water, the following symptoms would help you confirm the fact:
1. Smelly sweat (more than normal)
2. Dry skin with an oily face
3. Acne
4. Overall weakness
5. Digestion Problems
Start drinking enough water and you'll see all your problems gradually subside.
Also, make sure to drink Luke warm water instead of cold water.

Let's see if I can complete this challenge😃

Day 1: Though took more time for rests, I successfully completed the whole sequence. Those basketball jumps killed my legs! But I enjoyed doing it!

Day 2 : Took longer rest times again...I was burning at the end! And felt like my legs will fall off. But had fun doing it 😃

I took a day off in between bcz my legs were sore and I couldn't do any workout.😅

Day 3 : The basketball jumps still kill my legs but today the rest of the workout was much much easier and fun! I completed the full set in lesser time than day 1 and 2 i.e. I took lesser extra rest times.😁

Day 4 : Same as day 3.

Day 5 : It was easier to complete the basketball jumps.

I took a day off.

Day 6 : Same as day 5. I am excited as I would complete the challenge tomorrow!😆

Day 7 : Completed the challenge!!!😃😁😆

RESULT- I don't see much changes in my body but I do feel lighter and more energetic. Inch wise there is no change but maybe I have lost some body weight.
CONCLUSION- Obviously you won't see a miracle happening just after 7 days, definitely there won't be much change in your body but this workout is fun and you will sweat tremendously at the end.

P.s - If u r really overweight, then pls take longer rests than Holly and day by day decrease the extra rest time.

the knee to hand would be the hardest for me - trying to keep my balance was difficult

but i was able to sweat! thank you for this workout <3

Omg, this kicked butt lol. I completed this. I was kinda slow and lost my balance a few times during the hand to knee exercise. Now to do my other workout videos. Good thing I was doing squats prior 👌👍😁 I will do this for the rest of the week and see how this goes. Great video.
