20 Minute Cardio Workout | Fit & Strong At Home - Day 12 Bonus

Our workout today is a no equipment needed cardio workout meaning we will use our bodyweight and work for 45 seconds and rest for 15 seconds. We will repeat each exercise 2 times before moving on to the next exercise. I do include my jump rope at the end of this workout so if you have a jump rope or cordless ropes, grab them. If you don't you can do the same motion with me! Use this workout any time you are running low on time or low on movement and just need to get some blood flowing in your day!
