Full body burn . Day 10 done . These workouts r so amazing, its making me stronger . Burpees 1 min finish was a hell burner than ever . Sweated alot .

Best intense workout I ever did. I finally stopped doing 10 min intense cardio workout video that I've been doing for a year and decided to do another one that's more intense.

My legs were insanely burning throughout the whole video other muscles were too but mostly my legs.

My heart was beating so fast that my heart rate got to 188 bpm normally it gets to 160 or 170.

For me at the 14 min mark the exercises get chill but still tough since the others before the 14 min mark kill you.

I'll be doing this again but I might need to take a couple day breaks before doing it again lol
